How it works
The introduction process starts with scope, not a promise that a builder is available or suitable.
- Describe the project. Share the city or region, project stage, approximate capacity, style, cooling needs, timing, and a broad budget band. Do not submit an exact home address.
- We review fit. We may ask a limited follow-up to understand the brief. A submission does not guarantee a match.
- You control sharing. Contact consent and permission to share details with a possible provider are separate choices.
- You perform final diligence. If an introduction is made, independently verify scope, insurance, licenses where applicable, references, contract terms, and technical responsibility.
We are not a party to the construction contract and do not replace architectural, engineering, mechanical, code, legal, or financial advice.
