2. We review fit. We may ask a limited follow-up to understand the brief and identify relevant builders.
3. You control sharing. Contact consent and permission to share details with a possible provider are separate choices.
4. Confirm the project team. Compare proposals, references, responsibilities, schedules, and contract terms before choosing a builder.
