How it works

The introduction process starts with scope, not a promise that a builder is available or suitable.

  1. Describe the project. Share the city or region, project stage, approximate capacity, style, cooling needs, timing, and a broad budget band. Do not submit an exact home address.
  2. We review fit. We may ask a limited follow-up to understand the brief. A submission does not guarantee a match.
  3. You control sharing. Contact consent and permission to share details with a possible provider are separate choices.
  4. You perform final diligence. If an introduction is made, independently verify scope, insurance, licenses where applicable, references, contract terms, and technical responsibility.

We are not a party to the construction contract and do not replace architectural, engineering, mechanical, code, legal, or financial advice.
